    I get most of the beer that I don’t get at breweries around STL at TWCP just for releases like this haha. Just depends on how many bottles they get

    Now we just need to get shares going again so we can open all these whales from the past year. I'm gonna have to get a bigger beer fridge.

    That first line share is gonna be epic.

    I kinda feel like we should drag out some camp chairs in the Maplewood/cellar parking lot some afternoon and just call it a tailgate.

    So did anyone else notice that Cory brewed perfection again? D3 b2?

    Someone can correct me if I misunderstood but D3 i think at this point is just a recipe. It's been in a few beers already (such as BBT 2019 / Rye BBT).

    Although RBBT was probably the closest to D3 b2 (with some small tweaks according to Cory's release notes);

    Two years ago, we set out to recreate Derivation Blend #3, but with twists from what we have learned over the years (we rarely leave any recipe alone and always make tweaks). We threw the Derivation Blend #3 recipe (however without its touch of rye malt this time) and the OWK recipe (no vanilla beans) into Willett Rye and Still630 Rye barrels for 2 years before blending. The result is exactly what we had set out to produce and we are honored it is worthy of the Beer : Barrel : Time name.

    We are excited that we could blend up this beer for you - to express our barrel-aging program from a slightly different angle and to offer up BBT more than once this year! BBT Rye will not be a yearly thing, this first batch was technically an experiment, so we do not have enough barrels filled to do this again next year, but we have started filling some extra rye barrels here and there, so hopefully we can see it again in 2022

    You are correct. Even if they were going to release it as a Derivation, it would be the next number in order rather than D3 b2. After all, there was D10 instead of D5 b2.

    Dear God, this talk reminds me of how much I need some more Derivations and Candles at the brewery/cellar. *Drool emoji*

    Has anyone had trouble recently using the express check out with Shopify/Shop app? All of the sudden I keep getting error codes, have tried various cards, making a new shop app account etc. nothing seems to work. Just wondering if anyone else on here had a similar situation and was able to solve it.

    After a relatively quiet few months I think they’re about to start pumpin’em out. Anabasis, vanilla/cinnamon barleywine, blueberry flanders, open spaces, SdF Pinot, Fermier vintage 2019, Fencerow, a la table, OdB. Any recent teases I’m missing here?

    Open Spaces isn’t happening. Cory said it never carbed on Facebook.

    Pour one out for both the Open Spaces and the spontaneous kriek that never carbed.

    I wonder when that pear saison will show up.

    SP story me shows a black bottle with black wax with writing saying new series. Maybe that’s the first of the new strong ale blends they talked about making after For Gabe!
