Starting St. Patty’s day with some Maine super sauce. Will be back much later. Cheers all.

 

Have a good Wednesday. And St. Paddy's Day. My gf had to go out to a dr appt and grab some more stuff from her old apt. When she gets back we will go to a pub and get some Guinness. We had an amazing lunch with an old friend of mine. Then we watched Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas and that was literally one of the best films I've seen. Loved all the cameos as well. I got my USB interface in the mail from Amazon for $48. The Behringer brand nearly always makes product clones at half the price of other manufacturers. The only other one I was looking at was Focusrite solo one, and it was twice as much. I have a lot of DST shit to play with today. I got it in D standard. Old Gojira tuning. I am going to have to record some shit now.

The missus and I were discussed the fact that we have nothing Irish in this house barring some linen.

So I'm starting the morning with one of our home-brews. A Best Case kit Old Peculiar. No my glasses are not beer clean.

Light body, flavour has changed, still a bit fruity but nothing special. Good thing it's almost gone.

Like the beer, but the Seuss estate may have something to say about your egg treatment. I, for one, do not object to your green eggs and bacon. The lack of baked goods is another story.

Happy St. Pat's Day, all! Setting up the slow-cooker for a little beer-braised corned beef and cabbage. The braising liquid is going to be this Guinness Extra Stout plus a little molasses. I still have a few days to go before I can drink alcohol again, so this beautiful Guinness is going into the crock pot. ALL of it. No kidding. Sláinte!

The Irish stout that I started with left me wanting more flavor. I am sitting next to @Roguer at the virtual bar, and he slid this beer up and down a rainbow, landing right in front of me.
