NBS BIF #13: Peninsular Envy 2 (The Rocket-Ball Inception)

According to my spreadsheet I've not definitely ruled you out as my target, so not a bad guess but...

 

Also, just to be more clear on one of my hints:

Hint #8 - While my target provided me a list of beer preferences, barleywine was missing from that list. Was this an oversight? Or does my target not like barleywine? This is a problem because I'd like to send this really lovely barrel-aged barleywine, but maybe I should keep it for myself instead...

This is referring to the list of preferences I was provided by @Roguer when he told me my target, not whatever you have on your profile page or elsewhere.

I was three weeks late and my mom was in labor for 40 hours before they finally did a c-section. Suffice to say, as much as she loves me, that birthing process has come up in conversation more than once over the years. Generally at times that could be construed as rather inopportune for whatever point I'm attempting to make.

Damnit. I'm here to drink, not to think...

Hint #4 - At least one US President was born in the state to which I'm shipping
Hint #5 - My target's zip code includes both even and odd numbers
Hint #6 - My box will travel through at least seven states on its journey
Hint #7 - My target has a non-zero number of peninsulas nearby
Hint #8 - The state to which I'm shipping has been home to MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL teams at some point in the last 50 years, but may not be home to all of those leagues currently

I wonder If my target likes the whacky tobacci? As far as I know, no one locally makes a beer with Cannabis, athough it could be legal in my state to brew one. Despite the presence of a pot shop downtown, if my target does like to indulge in the giggle weed, I would have to decline sending any to him, as I'm reasonably certain it would be frowned on by the authorities to an extent beyond that of shipping a selection of beers.

No target hint... but a haul hint.... if my target likes this post I will included a bottle of Angry Chair BA Moon Butter stout and one other limited release Tampa area stout.

 

Time for another hint from me as I seem to be blanking on my sender- first a recap:
Hint # 1 - I will not be shipping North.
Hint # 2 - Though the box(s) will likely travel through another time zone on its way, my target is in my time zone.
Hint # 3 Interesting history of the area my target lives, apparently a lot to thank the railroad for.
Hint # 4 The song "16 Tons" references, if not the same entity, at least a similar entity, that my targets closest town may have originated as.

Hint # 5 My target has both letters and numbers in their username, which is rather impressive considering how few total characters are there.

To this day, whenever I see mention of Angry Chair on BA, it makes me think of this song. When I first heard of the brewery, I assumed it was a Seattle-area brewery inspired by AIC!

 

Yeah, my drugs of choice have been nicotine (quit cigs about 20yrs ago), alcohol, and, above all, caffeine. Coffee is the only substance I'd have a real hard time giving up.
