    Good morning all,

I have just received the package sent by Superspak as a reward for the one I sent him a bit over a month ago.

Firstly trying the Dragon Milk variant “Reserve Oatmeal Cookie”; from New Holland.

Of course it is outstanding, and I didn’t expect anything less. BBA stout with cinnamon, raisins, brown sugar, oats and vanilla.

Top tier stuff as always from New Holland and these beers and variants.

    Cheers!

Good day BAS! A light rain this morning - I had planned on tilling my garden today, but it looks like I'll be shipping a couple of CARE packages to some dehydrating fellow beer nerds (also a planned activity).

Very good! Or maybe I just like centennial hops (I do!). Rating 4.31, rDev +10.8%.

Have a good Wednesday. Another day off. Glad @Shanex got that box, as it was a good bit of procrastination on my part, but I always deliver greatness:stuck_out_tongue: I had a food coma last night at around 7PM while watching the second half of Trolls 2 Rifftrax. I woke up at 3AM. After much ASIO headache I finally figured it out. I am so happy right now I don't know what to do. All these artist tones came with the Gojira DSP. And I got FlexASIO on Windows WASAPI exclusive on the input for 256 samples and clean tone. DAMN. Also found my USB cable so the MIDI controller with expression pedal work perfectly. Combined with my Audiotechnica condenser mic, I have a recording area right here.

I got a Fat Head's Twisted Brisket headwich reheated to perfection.

Dogs walked and fed, kitchen chores done...finishing off last night’s bottle - The Abyss (2018 Reserve):

Poured at 57°. I’m actually enjoying this beer slightly more this morning; still, the spicy wood flavors overpower the whole. Not for me...

Lots of errands to run today...and Mrs. Z announced she wants a new car, so pursuing that quest is in the mix...busy boy...Cheers and have a great day y’all!

Lots of folks drinking local today. I am too. Albright Grove's Longleaf Pine IPA -

Named for the indigenous evergreen, the Longleaf Pine, once ubiquitous in the Southeast towering above the forest at over 90 feet tall, it is now a focus of conservationists to restore groves of these giants. This West Coast Style IPA focuses on the piney, resinous and raw citrus character of Columbus and Simcoe Cryo hops, with an underpinning of juicy tropical stone fruit of Idaho 7 hops. This IPA is hop forward with a simple malt bill, and finishes crisp, bitter and dry.
