Regarding that article from the email from Todd (https://www.beeradvocate.com/articles/2057/aegir-brewery-of-the-gods/): I've been there. It is AMAZING. My wife and I did a roundtrip 24 hour train and boat/fjord tour out of Oslo over to Bergen, via Flåm and the Sognefjord and we went to this brewery for lunch. The beers and the food are so great, and the setting is so authentic.... I can't wait to go back.
As a Norwegian, I have no problem seconding recommendations to visit Ægir in Flåm. Or sampling most of their beers wherever you can get them, if you can't go there.
