Hey Everyone! I have been on the website since 2009. My life has changed a lot in the past 12 years, but this website and community have remained a constant. Although I am not the most prolific rater, I did reach a milestone today of 800 reviews! I only rated a special beer on the 100s once, but going forward, I am going to try and do a special beer when I reach them. Do you guys rate special beers for your beer rating milestones? Even if you don't, I want to invite you to share your 100s and/or 1000s. I did for 1000 & 1001, but now, if I notice, I just try to make sure it's nothing shitty. I do review shitty beers, but......
I was a steady reviewer, but only reviewed about 1 of every 6 new beers I tried to prevent burnout. Never really paid attention to the numbers, so didn't actually pick these out at the time for their milestone significance. But I'm streaming Sumo live tonight, and waiting for Maakuchi bouts, and this was a lot of fun to find out these beers I had on those "milestones" of reviewing, and brought back nice memories of those beers. 100 - Duvel 200 - BA Imp.
