    look: 4 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25

    Soft, pale yellow and opaque body; thick and frothy white head; bits of foam cling to the glass. Fresh lemon and tropical fruits on the nose; sea salt. Fresh fruit taste first off; tangerine and papaya; a touch of pineapple and sweet grapefruit; biscuit in the background; hop bitterness builds up to a moderate level midway through the sky rockets in intensity at the finish, mingled with some alcohol notes. Heavy body; juicy; soft; finishes with a dry edge.

    WeldWerks and Vitamin Sea created a beautiful collaborative beer. I don't see any packaging date on the can, but I assume it's relatively fresh. The beer is wonderfully rich and complex across the board.

    Having a Daily Serving with blackberry & plum. Last can, super delicious, lightly tart juicy fresh fruits, smooth wheat, thick smoothie mouthfeel, love these beers. Cheers all!

    From Front Royal Brewing Company, Traverse. Randomly grabbed a couple beers by FRBC a few weeks ago and was impressed. This one, brewed 10 days ago, doesn’t change my impression. It’s a little more of an old school IPA and that works for me.

    Finally tracked down that my guess in a previous NBW post was right. On my first purchase, the store clerk mentioned that the FRBC brewer came from Aslin. After trying the beer, I hypothesized he meant Ocelot, since the beers more resembled FRBC in general and definitely from before they switched brewers (probably near a couple years now). Finding a Facebook post by FRBC confirmed my guess; I’m actually still a little surprised I was correct.

    Sat out on the porch and shared a few beers with a friend this afternoon. Not a dud in the bunch (other than maybe the Westbrook Gose, which was canned 4 years ago, to be totally fair, but still held up pretty OK.)
