I am drinking 4 Hands Scale Of Complexity Experimental Hops.

 

Curious to hear thoughts on Mozee. I came across a single from my local distributor. Haven’t cracked it open yet.

 

I like this one. It seems like a nice balance between the two. Not too much Mosaic for me. Sometimes that variety overpowers all else on my palate. Cheers!

 

Brewing Projekt Things Of That Nature Suppose To Be DIPA, 7.76% ABV. This is listed as a DIPA, but I'd call it a DNEIPA. Pours hazy orangish yellow with a 3-finger white head that left tons of lacing. Nose is citrus with a touch of pine, taste follows, moderately sweet, slightly bitter. Nice smooth mouthfeel with decent carbonation, overall outstanding.

Canned 03/10/21.

Moderate pour yields a one (+) inch light tan head over a copper body with scant lacing; head dissipates rather quickly. Nose of malt, a bit of caramel, and very slight hops. Taste is malt and slight hops with a tad sweetness and a finish of slight hop bitterness. Good feel and overall, a decent stab at an ESB from Hyde Park, VT

I might have seen you mention this hop. I like it as well but perhaps not as much as you. This beer definitely leans more on the Nelson, and that's a good thing for me. Cheers! @Dan2213

 

Just poured this desert island beer, of which there must be at least ten different choices IMO. I think that's fair

 

Trying to drink down the Fox Farm cans before picking up more at the brewery tomorrow....

12 hour work day done and I've mostly destroyed this plate dinner & tall boy. My church men's club has these fish dinners down.
