We got over a foot of snow yesterday so today we go shovel. Also going to boil down another batch of maple sap, I think I have 50+ litres to go now.

Just a week in the bottle this is our 2nd Best Case Old Peculiar. Carbonation is starting and the flavour is more malt forward.

I’d love to join you all today but my father and I drank a 6 of sunshine pils and all of the PBR last night then turned to the moonshine and I woke up stiff No hair of the dog for me.

 

It's cold and rainy today so I'll just stay indoors and drink until the nba games come on. Currently drinking Finback BA Grazing On The Ordinary and its spectacular. Huge on the hazelnut which I love

Yeah Jersey people are not known for being able to handle moonshine...

 

Yesterday I went shopping for NEIPAs at a store in the Milwaukee, WI, area that has a better selection than any store in my area. When I looked at canning dates on beers from a variety of breweries, it was very consistent that they were unreadable. I just hoped for the best, and made selections of beers from breweries that I was excited to be able to purchase beers from. To quote Dwayne Johnson from yesterday, "How in the cinnamon toast f*ck does this happen!?!?"
