    It's 10 a.m. in the morning on my birthday, and I just drove for an hour to buy some Citra for the very first time. I've really enjoyed all the previous Kern River beers that I've had, but have never been able to lay my hands on Citra before... until now. I plan on celebrating to the fullest with these beauties when I get back home. Wish me luck...

    It was canned earlier this month or end of Feb. It was their 2nd batch canned. It did not go oput for distro. I ordered along with Class X and JO a couple of weeks ago. All good.

    Had to ask my wife the same question, lol. That price includes shipping. Maybe just drive up to the brewery and enjoy a day or two in Kernville, then you won't have to deal with our online store...

    Ha! I figured something was out of whack as you guys are ALWAYS more than fair with your prices.

    Yeah a trip to Kern is definitely on my to-do list!

    I was going to drive up on the 10th for the weekend but the Kern Lodge is sold out that Saturday night. WTF! It’s not even Citra release weekend.

    So Covid has been a mixed bag for us. Other than it totally sucking for the human race, it made small mountain towns a desirable destination. Our valley has been as busy or busier than it ever has been, and this spring break is no exception. Since we have been mostly closed to dining during these times, it has not exactly been a boon for us, but, hopefully, more people have discovered how enjoyable the Kern River Valley is... but, hopefully, not too many people...

    Does anyone happen to know how often Kern River brews Citra?
    I know there was a release about a month ago but wasn’t sure if it was a regular release these days.

    Thx @walterfredo. And those in front are newest cans. Yes, I wish they’d put the canning dates on there too. This would help me decide which ones to get.
