    Got a food box to go from Maize Valley yesterday. Southwest turkey was amazing. It had salad greens and tomato with a southwest sauce. Nice spicy kick and with very sharp cheddar. It's kind of like a dijon/honey mustard looking sauce. I've been fucking around with the Gojira DSP and I learned some riffs from Esoteric Surgery and Backbone on my SG today. Sounds wonderful on tone. Chuck was interested in the kettle chips.

    Go to any sports venue in Boston, they card everyone, it's a major bummer if they don't. I asked one time when they didn't ask me at Fenway and the kid selling beer said to me " I don't need to you look like my father". Of course my response was "I might be" :rofl:

    Good day Advocates. Didn’t sleep last night so lacked concentration for my weights. Anyway, completely lost focus while sitting on the stability ball and fell off it while shoulder pressing two 35lb weights. F##k!! Mrs. Insomniac heard the noise and came running. Need to wire stuff a little tighter when tired.

    Starting with something real easy drinking. IMO a great beer. Their Hefe is my personal favorite for the style, although I know what many would say. Cheers. [​IMG]

    Dark brown, opaque body; thick and frothy head, creamy and light khaki in tone. Nice deep roasted grain and mild chocolate smell. Rich taste; milk chocolate and cocoa; a tease of bourbon; very mellow bitterness. Heavy body; velvety; an excellent undercurrent of alcohol heat.

    The bottle stamp has "VINTAGEAA21" and "MMXXI" on it. It is Willett Bourbon barrel-aged. The barrel-aging is nicely done, even-handed and subtle yet definitely packing a punch as it augments the inherent ABV of the beer.
