Evening BA's. Soooo...I did something for the first time in my life today...mowed grass while getting hit with a few snow flurries. Wild weather lately...lol. This seems like an appropriate lawn mower beer today...

[IMG] Poured into a 12 oz tulip glass not sure when it was canned, the stamp missed. Pours a pinkish orange with a 2 finger sticky white head that leaves thick waves of lace with solid retention. A bunch of left over fruit floaties, not sure how I feel about that. 3.75

Aroma strawberry, vanilla, and banana pretty straight forward. 3.75

Taste follows strawberry, vanilla, and banana fairly balanced but not really my thing. 3.75

Mouthfeel is pretty big, gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 9% it goes down rather easy. 3.75

Overall this one isn’t something I am loving, but it still glad I got to try it and also happy it was only a single. 3.75

Went down to a local brewery, Stones Throw, earlier today. It's their 5th anniversary, and in The Before Times, there would have been a block party. But, alas. The did release a new ImpIPA, There Goes The Neighborhood, a bigger version of the core IPA, Neighborhood IPA. Also had a Vienna via Skagit Vienna Lager.

Now, I'm just finishing up a Very Green from Tree House, courtesy of @Rub_This_BBQ , another solid murkster. For the first time this year, I'm listening to Shannon Drayer on the Mariners pre-game show. GOMs!

I really don't like the Natural Light. The Natural Ice is pretty good though but can't beat Bud Ice. Ice beers for some reason taste better than the reg. beer. but my fav. of all is Heineken!

Here's a couple that came into work today. Both are damn good.
Eagle Park Brewing - The Raspberry Vanilla Cheesecake Incident - 6%
    4.56/5 rDev 0%
    look: 4.5 | smell: 4.75 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.5

This beer pours a beautiful, dank, murky dark pink color. There's a very nice 2 finger pink head. There's good retention, and very nice lacing on the glass.
The nose is so full of raspberry, vanilla and graham cracker. These 3 aromas hit hard and fast.
Taste - The raspberry hits up front, but it's not really a sour raspberry, it has a good deal of sweetness to it also. The vanilla and graham cracker hit more on the backside and linger. It doesn't list it, and it's probably not there, but there's a creamy flavor going on here as well.
    Thick, full bodied. Creamy feeling.
    Just damn delicious overall.

Mexican Hot Cocoa - The Brewing Projekt - 10.92%

    4.18/5 rDev +5.8%
    look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25

Pours a nice pitch black. There's a 2 finger tan head. The head retention is very poor, and there's no lacing on the glass.
The nose seems to me to be a nice dark chocolate aroma. No hint of the peppers in the aroma.
Taste - up front I get a nice chocolate flavor. It seems to me to be more of a milk chocolate flavor than dark chocolate. On back the peppers kick in and stick with me. They aren't too hot, but it's more of a warming flavor.
The body is about what I'd expect from the ABV. There's a warming feeling from the peppers.
    Tasty stout.

I toured the Bud plant in St. Louis, MO at least four times. They show the beachwood strips that go in the bottom of the huge stainless tanks. And yes, I did taste the beechwood in the fresh draft Bud at the end of the tour. Best Bud I ever had. :beers:
