Stopped by my friend's brewery yesterday, first day he's been open in ages. I rarely drink such things as blondes but I thought I'd give this a try as I go putter around outdoors.

 

Its crazy to see the Waldo's Special Ale so early in April but here it is:



Definitely seems more malty and boozy to me this year BUT I could be crazy. Definitely very floral and sweet.

Classic easy drinkin lager
4.8% ABV.

this is pretty good. Very clean. Very crisp. Taste like a crusty baguette with a zing from hallertau. The bread notes from such a pale malt is bold. Grabbed a bunch of different lagers for these 3 days off. Cheers.


Speaking of classic. If u told me these riffs were from Metallica’s kill em all I wouldn’t question you. Amazing band. Old school riffs. Clean and fast. Just like this beer

Very mild flavor-wise, but definitely easy drinking. My little brother @BeerLantern and wife are coming to visit for the long weekend, and my “honey-do” list runneth over...back to it... Cheers!
