What are some easy-drinking, crushable beers that you guys enjoy to have? I normally stick to Montucky cold snacks on the weekends, along with some craft. I'm just in a way getting tired of Montucky, looking for something new.
I agree with @Mortal_Wombat. I've actually really enjoyed Altstadt Light recently. Great lager flavor and body for being 3.5%. I prefer drinking it from the can to keep carbonation and body up.
+1 to that Altstadt Light, grabbed some for a party and it was a real nice drinker. If you are in East Texas/Dallas see if you can find Great Raft The Company I Keep. Thought it was a one off when I had it back in 2019, but found it on the shelves last time I went home. Brought a couple of 4 packs back with me and now regretting not getting more
ok man I have to throw an update out here. Great Raft's The Company I Keep is a great beer. I just went back to my home town in Louisiana and the Liquor store (where all IPAs go to die) still had roughly 6 4 packs of this left in the cooler canned in January (and still drinking remarkably good). I grabbed another 4 pack for the weekend and then hit them back up for another 2 4 packs when I left town. Then all the way home I am regretting not getting the rest that was in the cooler. Halfway thru the trip my daughter turns to me out of the blue and says "You should have bought all they had of that beer instead of just getting 2 more". @AndrewNations I want to give you a shout out on this beer, it is a great drinker.
Glad you enjoyed it. It's always a sad day around the brewery when we kick the last keg of Company I Keep.
