    Been moving this week...accidentally dropped this as I was putting into beer fridge, heard a little hiss, thought, well, been meaning to drink it for awhile anyway...note bottled on date...don't think it's past it's peak but could have had it anytime in the last 5 years and it would have been great. Didn't intend to be drinking an 8% barrel aged milk stout at 2:45 PM but oh well...

    -best wishes, great: glass, brew, and meal choices. I’m certain that the comfort on the other side will be worth the temporary setback ( based on my parents experiences).

    I generally don't like Denver...:grin:

    And believe me, I have lived in Berlin, near Washington, DC, and other been to so many other mega-metroplitan areas...the best I can say is that they were once generally okay to visit (and probably still are in certain cases), but I really want nothing to do them...

    4 Giants from Founders. This is going to go down way too easy. It's absolutely delicious. You guys know that I like all IPAs, especially those that lean old school and do it right. Who am I kidding? I only drank this beer to accompany it with this song.

    Considering this beer was "lagered forever", I'd have thought it'd be a little clearer. That being said, it's quite tasty. Perhaps breadier/less crisp than the helles I've had in Munich, it's definitely something I'll buy again.
