Just wanted to say I really enjoyed Endless Night and Day. One of if not the thickest Trillium stout i've had. Lots of barrel spice, and tons of roasted coffee flavor. I am loving how their stout hype has died down, went back and got 2 more bottles and its still available.

That's because they had become thin and artificial. A quick boil time can produce a stout in short order. You ever wonder why they never mention the Bourbon or Whiskey maker their barrels come from?

I've been a Trillium stout homer for a long time and would religiously buy their pastry stouts but quality went down hill. Sounds like some of the recent offerings have been well received. I'll try them on draft before I commit to buying another bottle

Yeah its pretty good. The BA Pot and Kettle is one of the better BA beers I’ve had in a while and that was around for months. The only hype beer recently for Trillium was the DB Tiramisu I guess.

    Which ones were thin boiled?

Edit - I am going to Trade Mark Thin Boiled

Also, want to say that the ‘maker’ means jack when it comes to barrels.

I agree that the new pastry stouts of late were thin and not as good as originals. I think a lot of the others have been really solid though. Northern Goshawk was excellent along with BA Observing Reason. I liked BA Spice Cake, it was definitely thin, but the flavors were perfect for the winter.

Anyone see their recent post on IG with mock-up pics of the new Canton facility? It looks like a Trillium theme park lol. New Belgium was always top on my list of impressive facilities but this one might take it.

The crowds at canton did tend to be nuts during the normal summers so this is a welcome addition.

Nelson FP rocked our minds. Really nice to get something a bit different to shock you with the Nelson. Endless is fantastic. No lines, no reason not to

Thanks, lunch road trip to canton and maybe VItSea is the plan... Plus just saw on IG Big bird drops today so will have to try that as well. (I love hoppy/bitter NEIPA)

You, are a smart and timely individual! We’re heading to Fenway on Sunday at 2!

Fenway was a good experience on Sunday. They aren’t pushy on the food rule and it was very relaxing for how crowded it was. We had a reservation and were seated right on time. We watched as a line came and went during our stay. For what it’s worth, my sister and her boyfriend randomly were there when we got there and they were seated as a walk up. So even if no reservation it’s probably worth a shot.
