Yesterday was an incredible display of the love and respect this forum is about. All the emotions were hit. It was a really great tribute and cheers everyone that set it up and contributed pictures, music and stories that made it a special event, almost like an Irish wake.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of meeting 2 BA legends the last couple of days. While we were not total strangers, because of this forum, but never had met in person. It was about minute and a 1/2 after meeting them that they were treating us like we were family. Cheers to Dave, Vann and May.

 

It works fine. Setup sftp and usually post from my phone. Signup at Linode and google for a podcast sponsor code. That'll carry through for a few months for free. Accidental Tech Podcast usually has a code. You can set up a vm using different platforms. I chose debian and even setup https there from Let's Encrypt's free certs. I also use it for business stuff, but it still just costs $5 a month unless you start hosting stuff with heavy transfer.

Watching The Masters golf finale and trying this new-to-me beer.

Having this near Pittsburgh, PA from a 16oz canned on 2020-08-11
A - Partially hazy copper with a 1 finger off-white head that drops quickly leaving light lace.
S - Bready and floral. Nice.
T - Lightly toasted brown bread with apple/cherry butter. Caramel and mild citrus zest. Earthy spice. Mildly bitter but still some sweetness in the finish.
M - Medium body and light=medium carbonation.
O - Although this was canned 8 months ago, it still is worth drinking and I'll seek out a fresh batch this year.
