It could be The recipe for bud light, if you like that sort of thing.......
Maybe add some corn, just for good measure.

Not sure I'd call a list of 4 ingredients used in every beer a "recipe" but...
Ummm... Not for Budweiser and Bud Light.

    Several reasons:
    1. Off Color is one of the best and most respected breweries in Chicago.
    2. The beer evokes some qualities of a cola but doesn’t try to mimic one. This is kinda the guiding approach for their entire Beer For ___ line, to be reminiscent of another beverage while having one foot firmly planted in the realm of beer.
    3. It’s a delicious and refreshing accompaniment to the richness of a typical Chicago pizza.
    4. The Beer For ____ line is an instance where consumer-friendly branding has been the brewery’s lifeline for making it through the pandemic. Call it a gimmick if you want, but this isn’t some Johnny-come-lately operation.

Feeling pretty skeptical here. In fact I’m skeptical about several breweries in the region.

NY, huh? Sorry, but I don’t think the beer will pair well with the, ahem, “pizza” you have out there. Then again, not much does, other than maybe the bottom of a Hefty bag

Fair enough. Looking further into the series, I have a better understanding of what they are going for. Gimmicky? Maybe, but Off Color seem to be doing something way more authentic than many of these breweries making beers that bury the beer within the beverage.

Would you say Off Color are a more audacious version of the Dogfish Head ethos(what they originally set out to do, pushing boundaries)?
