    Moving on with beer number three, a fairly regular triple IPA. This style is not so common in Ontario yet, although Collective Arts just released one so I’ll have to get my mitts on that. Cheers. [​IMG]

    I saw Sweet in concert in the 1970’s when this song was a hit on the radio; good show. It would have been much better, IMO, with runway models ;-)

    Ha! I resemble that remark.
    They're hyperlocal to me and want to make sure they get their props. Decent little brewery and do a lot to build community.

    I was at Felix Hernandez' perfect game against the Devil Rays. In typical Mariner fashion, it was a 1-0 game. Your Sox are looking like beasts this year!

    I had to ask for them and managed to get two 4-packs only because the manager is a buddy :slight_smile:

    Thanks! :slight_smile: I need to try wood more often. My blending has slowly gotten better, but it just seemed more natural on wood on my very first go.

    Up next, as the M's are up 1-0 over the O's in game 2, is Maple Smoked brown from Ferment Brewing in Hood River OR. Maple is one of those flavors for me that can easily become too much, and overpower the other flavors. Here, a judicious use of maple combines nicely with the light smoke, and sweetish malts. good beer.
