    Bearded Iris DDH Chief of Chiefs. It is a nice day outside, so I went to the premier craft beer bar in town, where there always seems to be multiple attractive women who are super into craft beer working. Right now there is just one dude working.

    Enjoying what my dad used to call a poor man's martini. Hence, the olives in my Triptych Chip It On The Green Kolsch-style Ale. Another additive he used to do from time to time was sprinkle salt in his beer.

    I left the craft beer bar after one beer, then had to decide if I would go to a local taproom, or go home to an amazing selection of beers. I made the right choice. This beer is incredible! No brewery in Wisconsin can even come close to the quality of this NEIPA!
