    Rodenbach Classic, a Belgian Sour Ale is in my glass now. It's a cherry bomb with the right amount of sour. Wifey is working on the back porch. Maybe she'll let me drink some of it.

    Olentangy dustys done deal. Great nedipa. Big grapefruit/tangerine/peels with some pine bitterness. Light tropical. Light lingering resin drying. No warmth or hop burn. Med plus body. Tastes like c hops. No harsh bitterness. Very drinkable. No complaints.

    Rosetta from Ommegang is in my glass right now. A proper sour cherry bomb. Ommegang just makes really good stuff. Probably in my top five of American breweries.

    Good day Advocates. Walked two hours, biked an hour and just finished about two hours of lifting, so beer time.

    First time for this beer. In fact, first time for anything from Ottawa’s Overflow Brewing. This is good but not good enough to make my regular rotation. Will try it again though. Cheers. [​IMG]

    This is one of two anniversary beers from up and coming brewery Fermenterarna. Founders Niclas and Anna each made an IPA with different hop profiles. This is made with Galaxy, Nelson, Simcoe and Idaho 7. The other one is next.

    The other one. This is hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra, Azacca and Amarillo, with a bit of honey as well. This is a bit more floral and the honey adds a little something that makes me prefer this, by a hair.

    In my experience, the Vintages are usually best at about 5 years, so the 2016 should be right smack in it’s prime.

    At Hofbrauhaus with the light lager. Amazing, only on tap. Super crisp and clean. Very flavorful pils malt flavor with nice hop balance. Lasting head retention. One of the best light beers I've had. 4.4

    Afternoon errands run ... back home drinking an IPA from the Tavour box - Foundation Brewing’s “Flightless Wonder” an IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin & Motueka:

    Tasty stuff here BAs! I like Foundation and I love Nelson. Tropical and citrus fruit meets dank and weedy. Hazy yet medium bodied and easy drinking. Should have bought more...Cheers y’all!
