I like this IPA.

 

A surprise April snowfall makes me want to go for a maibock, but I'll have to "settle" for Capital Dark Doppelbock because that's what I got.

 

Marinating Steelhead trout to smoke tomorrow. Wife is making beer bread.

 

Probably the last beer of the day, but I make no promises and tell no lies. One of four or five different Flying Monkeys IPA’s I’ve had over the last few days. Cheers.

 

Tried 60 Minute IPA for the first time last night at a restaurant that had nothing else of interest beer-wise. I found it drinkable but quite underwhelming. I'd be interested in either of those black/brown ales. There's a dearth of those down here.

 

My old rescue cat, Uncle Harry, just passed away. So many transplants coming to Vermont in the last year has put a strain on veterinarians in our area. No appointment could be made until tomorrow, but alas, it's too late.
