Good day advocates, I’ve been pretty much quiet WBAYDN wise for the past few days as I was hanging out with the missus and other friends in the northern French city of Amiens, quite a nice place for its cathedral, canal and parks...

Drinking SNAPPY for now and a few pictures to highlight Amiens bellow:

    The cathédrale:

And a couple of shots from the park where we enjoyed a quick take away lunch:

    Cheers!

Figure skating can get super entertaining, just watch this from the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer 1994:

Good day BAs! Thanks, @Shanex for starting today's thread! After yesterday's Mothers Day snow, today is starting off sunny and cold - no snow left. Today's New Breakfast Beer is the last remaining can from BA's 2021 IPA Cyberfest:

Certainly not what I was expecting from a Citra brewski - sticky and a little dank and no citrus - just mango and malt. A damn good brew that I wish I had more of. Maybe Thursday as I drive around Louisville I'll be able to pick up some more! Rating 3.9, rDev -0.8%.

I'm kicking off Monday with a Brooklyn Bel Air Sour. It's tart with lemon and orange. It's a very nice beer. It has a very quenching feel to it. Cheers!!

Having a Van der Linden-Berg IPA (NL).
IPA, but with a Belgian interpretation of this style I guess. Tasty beer. Next time I'll try an Orval glass for the pouring
    Cheers all!

It’s about feasible and a reasonable driving distance from the NL. Otherwise the Thalys might take you there from Brussels. Would recommend both, traffic in Amiens is nothing like a major French of Dutch city. Cheers.

Up now is Anderson Valley Cherry Gose. It's fairly simple...it's tart with sour cherries, but still very good. While there's not a whole lot going on, what it has going on is quite nice. I can see several of these going down on a warm day.

Thanks Shanex for firing up the thread today. Happy Happy:laughing:
Ahhh yes. Good ol' premium German beer. I needed a case.
It should be called Magic Beer because it disappears right in front of my very eyes!
This is a great beer for my running routine.
    Ein prosit! Cheers advocates!
