Michigan beer in a Michigan glass. Not sure which I like better - they’re both pretty great, IMHO.

    Fake Radio War

    West coast ipa

    7.4% percent

Bronze in color. White head that is built different. It really sticks around. Smells of pine. Christmas tree. Spruce. Orange peel. Citrus pith and oils.

Flavors of strong spruce tips. Orange peel. Pine. Old school to the bone and much needed. Super bitter. Like buying a fresh orange peel bitter. Sharp. Slick. Oily resinous hops. Bitter bite finish. Lingering citrus and pine.

This beer is bold. It feels like when I had Hop Devil for the first time paging @TheIPAHunter im on a kick right now. These guys are making great IPAs here or I wouldn’t keep purchasing. So different than the NEIPA I had yesterday.

I broke my willi becker glass today and am very upset about it was hard to find. Anyways. I’m making a fermented drink called Tepache.

Pineapple. Cinnamon stick. Ginger. Brown sugar.
All organic. The natural yeasts in the skin will eat the brown sugar and start to fizz. Once fizzy, i prime some Grolsch bottles with a pinch more sugar and the liquid is strained into it.

The result is a 2-3% alcohol pineapple probiotic drink that is amazing as is it for margaritas or tequila or any mixer really. Even a shandy with a Pacifico.

    Peace out.

First of all. New to me. I can’t believe hatebreed is still doing this. They have a formula and don’t quit. Secondly. The AUDACITY to be this heavy.

    Palmetto Brewing Company Mango IPA
OK West Coast IPA. Mango really doesn't show until the glass warms up. Another Palmetto beer that I don't hate.

#2, same glass, same brewery, the beers are at opposite ends of the beer nerd universe. This is Kamigoye, a 12.5% ABV imperial stout aged in Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels. Bawitdaba!!!

I was wiped out after 5 beers Saturday night of IPAFEST and saved Edgar's "THE HOP BOSS".
10 days later I'm glad I did. This is so very close to what my local brewers have been turning out at Turning Point Brewing. Definitely an outstanding juice bomb! "ATTABOY EDGAR"
