    There is way too much Norwegian crap in the virtual bar today, time to mix it up! Going for version #1 of the Recipe Evolution for Cloudwater’s IPA, and my goodness, it’s fantastic. Swedish beers will follow, Swedish metal will crush, RIGHT NOW.

    I'm having a DuClaw Dirty Little Freak. It's a brown ale that is dominated by coconut. There's caramel and light chocolate in the background as well. Overall, pretty good.

    Troegs Grand Cacao is how I'm closing out the day. It hits nicely on the advertised notes of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. If they had added some nuttiness, it would've hit perfectly as a candy bar.
