    Learned my lesson over the weekend...don't get sucked into socially conscious discussion threads on BA like that dumpster-fire of "Sexism in the Brewing Industry" I doubt anyone came away from that one happy before it was shut down. I'm sticking to what I came here for: beer information and the enthusiasm that we share....not what divides us. Cheers! BTW, I think this Nelson hop-dominated WCIPA is under-rated.

    Had a nice visit with my little sister Lisa, and sister in law Meredith...we sat on the porch, it’s been drizzly and low 60s all afternoon...I’m feeling like a stout - FBS:

    DDH Comm Ave DIPA from Trillium, double dry hopped with Citra, it's like stone fruit heaven, peaches, nectarine, apricot, some grapefruity orange citrus, tropical pineapple, mango, papaya, floral earthy notes, soft and juicy. Clearing out the hops from the fridge before I take my things over to the new place soon. Still not sure if I want to take the trek into Boston just to pick up Trillium beers now, or pay the $20+ UPS delivery fee, so might just start clearing out more old bottles soon and buy some stuff from the nearby store. I'll see, I'm sure eventually I'll find my way back into the city. Cheers all!

    Mrs O And I are in Miami for a little vacay, so a visit to Tripping Animals was in order. This is outstanding, IMHO, especially if you like Mosaic-hopped beers.

    At Stones Throw,had Tree Rings IPL, and am now having a Space Ray IPA. Both nicely drinkable.
