I get an Ewok vibe from you...I think that’s a good thing.

 

I don’t like most sours...whether or not they say fruited...Now Mortalis sours are a whole different story. This Hydra Secret Machine has passion fruit, orange, and lemon. Each is individually identifiable, but blend together for a pulpy, citrus bomb.

 

Some folks like kittens or puppies. Look at this cute little fella. I had to take him home. 7 ounces of cream ale happiness. My little pony

That is a sight many folks long to see. I reckon it is like (all before your time) folks said I watched the moon landing. I watched the Ali Vs Frazier fight. I saw the Joe Namath and the underdog Jets beat the Colts. Folks now want to add “I saw GreenBayBA” get his sorry ass kicked out of a bar.

That is so cool. I remember when I got Floyd's to play master of reality and reign in blood at the bar and they obliged. Made my day. I can't imagine the luck of that bartender. I bet his tips go up now

 

I feel like today is more my day than my birthday. I am so proud of my heritage, yet there is no one near me to celebrate with me. The key to drinking like a viking is lefse. No joke. Hydration and a lot of lefse. I need to get back to Los Angeles, CA! I need to meet your girl! We will connect soon!

 

Closing things here with a Cacao PM Dawn cold brewed coffee stout. Really great, bold mocha chocolate coffee notes, toasty bready caramel malts, dark toffee, brown sugar, earthy hop. Happy Birthday to @Nugganooch! Cheers BA

 

I remember that matchup. Memory is not my strong point but years ago family took a cruise out of Florida and the night before we had dinner and a few beers at a bar/restaurant owned by the Hulk. Lot of his memorabilia was there. I think it was in Tampa.

Not bad, but maybe a little less sour than I usually want with stuff like this. And that's coming from someone who thinks goses shouldn't be too sour. The fruit treatment is good but it just tastes like a fruited wheat beer and not really a gose. Missing the salinity in my opinion as well. Still worth a drink!

I understand what you are saying but I am enjoying the beer. Nowhere near a drain pour. Hell, a bought three 4 packs of Veil IPAs on Thursday. One of the three I considered a drain pour. Was gonna toss them but son-in-law said give them to him. Have not heard back. That said, what I thought was horrible others thought otherwise.

Me, I would not hesitate to buy an IPA from this brewery.
