What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3136

This brewery arrived in NH last week and I am glad to have them. Cheers all.

 

Generally, I don't drink beers at 7 in the morning, but today I got up at 5 to smoke a pork butt, so I consider this an approved exception, like when going to a sports game in the morning.

I figure this looks like black coffee, so it should be fine, right? ...right?

 

Starting the day with this beauty. Really love the lacing of SN beers, just awesome!



I know you guys from the US don't like football/soccer that much but today is the birthday of one of the greatest ever.

Bottled 3/12/21. Poured at 61°. A beautiful sunny 61° morning here at the campground. We’ll go into town later this morning, then hit another new brewery this afternoon. Cheers from Fayetteville, WV!

 

Good Morning, BAs and welcome to the party. Starting with my weekend morning favorite, Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen Bier. Up a touch later than usual as I was out celebrating my daughter's Fordham College graduation, facilitated by the recent easing of restrictions for the vaccinated in New York State. No beers to display from that, but a great time was had by all:

Gesundheit.

 

After a decent workout on the coast, a shared thirst-quenching gose:

Pohjala (Est) - MERI GOSE - Gose (4,4%)

Beer already drunk several times, even on tap.
On the nose notes of coriander, light citrus.
Reddish color, an amber rosé.
Lively but evanescent foam.
In the mouth classic drinkability typical of the style.
Predominant taste of coriander embellished with a delicious salty note.
Barely perceptible lactic note.
I found it a little flatter than usual, with a lighter carbonation ... but still a reliable beer.

And soon ... I'm off to the pub! Finally reopened in the outdoor spaces until 11pm!
