About 1/2 way home and then I shall have beers that contain much more beer n' stuff

Can't drink on an empty stomach. So pulled pork w/ a locally produced bbq sauce, with my Anchor California Lager.

 

Happy Saturday BAs! Just got home from work, short day since I have so much overtime. Making burritos for lunch and drinking a Stone Dayfall Belgian White:



Surprisingly, a new beer from Stone that's not an IPA. It's less sweet and more hoppy than typical witbiers, but I like it. It's supposed to be another humid day, so I might just stay indoors and enjoy the a/c and beer.

Very good hazy pale with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado.

 

One more pop before I do some yard work. Over Head is one of my desert island beers.



And the Buffalo Springfield is one of my desert island bands. This is my favorite song featuring the entire original lineup. Richie Furay's and Stephen Stills' singing is brilliant and Neil Young's guitar work is perfect for the time and spirit.

Probably my uno y no mas for today, as last night I went to the local pro soccer game and let's say that those 24 oz cans of Model and Corona (Extra) went down.... maybe not smoothly, but they went down. This morning was a lil rough on the ol' head and tongue.

COS Switchbacks lost 3-1 to New Mexico United, but it was a fun atmosphere and the home opener for the new downtown stadium which is pretty nice I have to say.

I'll throw in a stadium shot here, along with my NOW beer, in honor of NM's win, another Bow & Arrow Denim Tux Blue Corn Pils. Just a great little beer, and you do get some of the corn on the nose. Cheers y salud!

2:29 just returned from the beer distributor searching for Imperial Stouts. HOLY bejesesus they had a selection of 4 packs for $33.00.
Upon asking what's up ...well never mind.
I am now drinking the last of my Spring Ritual - Ayinger Celebrator Double Bock.
