    look: 3.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.75

    Clear, golden colored body; light carbonation; very thin yet persistent head, a bit creamy; patchy blobs of foam spot the glass interior. Excellent noble hop aroma, a bit spicy, a little floral. Clean taste; cracker-like malt base; moderate hop bitterness with a light spicy edge. Light body with a touch of velvety smoothness; fairly dry mouthfeel.

    This is a pretty tasty pilsner. Bitterness might be more along German pils lines (being a bit bolder), yet it has depth and character and easily pleases one's taste buds.

    Served at 49.7 F. Crowler canned May 11th, 2021.

    Personally Paulaner Hefe is a favorite and in cans with dating, almost as good as on tap.
    I am trying to watch four EPL matches on the last day of the season more or less simultaneously. Good halves for Villa and Liverpool.

    Just headed down to Fordham to help my daughter (FCRH, class of '21) move out of her apartment. She had already packed up and we were able to manage everything into the van in 45 minutes.

    Now relaxing with Opaque Thoughts, a Mango Lassi Double Milkshake IPA collaboration from Mountains Walking Brewery in Bozeman, Montana, with Barbarian Brewing in Boise, Idaho. This is an exceptional, albeit fruit infusion, IPA. Kudos to the brewers, definitely planning to get more (if I can). Note, it tasted like fruit juice, but do not be fooled, it packed a wallop:

    Ok. Happy Sunday to all....
    12.5 miler completed, about 8:35' mile pace, last long-ish run before the half marathon in Boulder in early June.
    Thought I'd have a banana, some water, and then refuel with some HA BHA. Because glycogen.
