Pulled out a special beer to celebrate the Canadians reaching the Canadian Final. I was resigned to the fact that Toronto would defeat Montreal after going up 3 games to 1, and eliminate Montreal in the playoffs for the first time in my life. Upsets in the NHL and MLB make their playoffs the best in professional sports.

Drafting my Cellar Review post, long story short, love this beer, may love it even more aged. Rich creamy delicious.

I had this one a couple of days ago. Taking pictures and posting was somewhat awkward at that moment Outstanding indeed!
3 Fonteinen and many other Belgian sours (besides Cantillon) are 'somewhat' widely available here for normal prices (two hours drive from Brussels).

Good afternoon, BAs. Still gloomy, although thankfully not wet, in metro NYC. Just sitting back recovering from working overnight with a Hefeweizen from Privatbrauerei Plank-Laaber. Enjoyable, but a bit too bitter, or at least out of balance, for my taste.

Canned 5/20/21. Poured at 55°. I picked up a fresh 6 pk at the brewery today, and drinking mighty fine! I’m going to explore the hiking trail and forage for some firewood...I’ll be back...

Haven't bought this one in a while. Bought a 12 pack yesterday because I just felt like it. A friend of mine that I share beer with on occasion stopped where my PBR drinking wife works and gave her this glass to give me. Coincidence? I think not.

Enjoying a Sierra Nevada Pale Bock from my office desk (and a view of the daily home construction going on in the 'hood) in our new home just 20 minutes away from the Mills River location. It is a joy to be in North Carolina in the spring, definitely feeling like a Fortunate Son!
