Going there this weekend, usually try to hit up 4 or 5 breweries a city.

Please give me some darn good recommendations!

I live in the Chicago 'burbs but go to MN frequently. Lately my favorite stops have been Blackstack and Modist. And if you go to Modist, you're super close to Inbound as well as Fulton.
From there I would head a little north and go to Dangerous Man and Indeed.
If you haven't been to Surly that's a fun stop if they are open now (COVID!), but the food was getting pricey so I haven't been there since 2018. HAVE FUN!

If you are looking for purveyors of Haze/fruited sour/stout, then your best bet is probably Blackstack or Barrel Theory.

    My personal go-tos would be:
-Fair State (also a lot of haze, etc but very nice lagers as well)
-Waldmann and Bad Weather is a nice 1-2 that are next door to each other
    -Utepils

Also, checkout Sea Salt Eatery if you can. Great local tap list and patio, plus you can see a local landmark--Minnehaha Falls. Venn Brewery nearby is also very solid.

ARGH - I thought I put BARREL THEORY as my #1!!! I even got a hotel 3 weeks ago within walking distance from there BUT they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
I made up for it by driving back home through Rochester (Forager Brewing) and Decorah (Pulpit Rock, Toppling Goliath). :sunglasses:
