No they announced today. Women’s Forum at Domino Park. Ticketed event with beer and discussions “by, for, and with women in the industry.” Might have to check that out.

Hopefully we get Poetry Snaps and Lime Snaps this summer.

Sitting down to a draft beer a bit after 10am made me nostalgic for can releases - felt good to be back in the taproom!

Just cracked open Broccoli's Axe. I can say with confidence that this might be better than the best Troon beer i had, which is a very, very high hurdle to reach.

Liar, it sold out super fast... thus it's over hype mule bait... sour hops said the fox.

Broccoli's Axe honestly just tastes like DDH Broccoli to me, which isn't a bad thing cause I love DDH Broccoli but its nothing mind blowing.

Maybe i never had good regular broccoli, but it doesn't taste anywhere on that level, especially when it comes to tht thicccness of the body

I personally don't perceive it to be any thicker than the average OH beer. Personally I really dislike too much body in IPAs, maybe that's why I've gone back to WCIPA.

Oh hell yeah, the best batches of DDH Broccoli were some of my fav beers to drink.

Its funny, this weekend I had "is it too early to grab a beer from the fridge" moment and then I thought this is hours later than some of the times I have been in the OH taproom ha

Guys, I need some serious help. A friend is bringing me back 3 4-packs from OH, he's going tomorrow.

I have no freaking idea what to choose: they have six million IPAs. I am not a fan of the milkshake thingy, nor triple IPAs. If anything, my favorite OH has always been Hop Showers. That style. Can anyone help me pick a few from their current available selection?

    Oh man, this sounds dire.

Good news is that they've toned down the lactose and that there is a slew of non triples available.

If you don't care about variety, 3 Citra+Galaxy is the winning ticket, otherwise consider adding Southern Stacks, Deer Gauntlet, Bagel and Schmear, and All Nelson.

Hmmm, just a word of caution on the Citra + Galaxy. I picked up the BK version and went back a few days later, saw it on the menu and was like I need more of those. Big mistake...batch variation is real!

The BK version canned 5/26 is fire! The DC version canned 5/21 is...drinkable but nothing special...

An easy way for @Dansac 's friend to tell BK from DC is to look at the logo, circle=BK & triangle=DC

Thank you sire! I'll probably try to snatch one 2 C+G if they are the Brooklyn version, and then 1 southern stacks and maybe one all nelson.

Final question, from the last four you list, if you had to rank them... I can only bring 3.

@TmaveTebow pointed out recently that OH does hops pretty well. So with that said, go with whatever your preference is for nelson vs mosaic vs whatever!

I'm a sucker for Citra+Nelson beers, but I haven't had this batch of Bagel yet.

If there's still power in this thread to magically bring about the return of brews, can we get some straight up DDH Forever Simcoe soon? I'm super excited ACE is here (a month after Citra week?), but I don't even remember when FS was last brewed (with all due respect to Double Simcoe Daydream).
