    Good day BAS! The sun is shining on my garden which, with a little luck and ambition, I'll finish planting today. Today's New Breakfast Beer, IMHO very over-rated:

    Moderately sweet and relatively flavorless - rating 3.38, rDev -18.9%. Still, the price point was reasonable.

    Another scorcher on deck today outside, and I had myself a wine (or 3) night last night.
    Taking it easy today....with a little N/A from Untitled Art... head throbbing, not good. But cheers anyway...

    I'm having a 750 ml bottle of La Trappe Quadrupel. It comes in at 10& ABV. It's rich and full bodied. Aromas and flavors of banana, cherry, bread and candy sugar. Damn, those trappists really know what they're doing.

    Gojira are good. Curiously they are more of a hit in the US or elsewhere in Europe than in France.

    I agree with that. They grew a lot during the past years and keep growing for sure.
    Got to see them live in 2019 and they are amazing live. Nice circle pits we had with them haha
    Was able to understand 98% of those french words thanks to my rusty french skills. Really should work on my french...
