    You're a brave man, my friend. I can cook foods on the stove top, in a pot, do some baking and run a BBQ pit well enough to feed an army, but pastry baking? :flushed::flushed::scream::scream::flushed::flushed: I know you're just doing cookies, but still ... I'm rooting for you and your lemon cookies.

    My girlfriend is an expert baker, so I knew I had to step up and try my part. I added a damn good about of lemon zest and juice, but I felt they were still a little lite on flavor. You live and you learn!!!
