    Good morning BAs! Off to an unusual sunny start to a summer day here in NW PA - blue sky, bright light in sky, no threat of rain (yet) - looks like a good day to hit the bike trail again. Today's New Breakfast Beer is from @Roy_Hobbs ninja box - thanks Ross!

    Decent pilsner although a bit malty for my taste: rating 3.56, rDev -8.2%.

    Just back from 4 very slow recovery miles after the tempo yesterday. Aaaannndd a few beers with friends on a patio last night if I'm completely honest. Felt it on the run....
    A little NA Juicy partner afterwards to refresh.
    Oh, and @Specialmick - you gotta do 4, before you can do 5, 6, 7, etc. Don't give it up.
    Took me years to get to 25 miles a week, and a full year of pandemic to get up to 50 a week.
    Now I'm trying to focus on quality not just quantity. Keep up the good work!

    Another day, another town visited earlier until about noon.

    Saint Malo actually which is the northern tip of Britanny.

    Got back to our place, and drove by a local souvenirs shop with also some fairly local craft; starting with this fine and curiously “foam lacking” tripel:

    Breakfast by the Skykomish River as the sun peeks over the mountain. Chive and cheddar biscuits, tomato onion jam, egg, bacon, paired with Saison Dupont. Heavenly.
