    Today is Midsummer´s Eve, the premier Swedish holiday for getting obliterated on whatever alcohol is available. For me, the day will be about beer. I've picked up beer, photographed beer, am reviewing beer and of course, drinking some. What better way to start than with a beer called Summer by one of my anticipated breweries, Vitamin Sea. This was canned June 3rd which is quite astonishing. Cheers, patrons of The Virtual Bar!

    Catching up on my reviews and having Couloir, a west coast IPA by one of Sweden's best breweries, Svartbergets Fjällbryggeri. Listening to classic RAWWWK.

    ...this is my second time smoking salmon. I'm trying three types: wild caught sockeye, and farm-raised Atlantic and Norwegian (basically the same kind of salmon, I think)...
