Drank that Sovina(IPA/Lager) earlier and then 2 Supers(lager)

 

I am spending the afternoon at The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery


drinking their seasonal offering, Munzlers Vienna Lager.
This beer has a BA average rating around 4.5 which I was skeptical of, but no more. After drinking a few I am on board

One of Olde Mecklenburg's better beers on the same level as Copper and Captain Jack IMHO.

The sun is out and it's warming up. I think I'll go with an IPA now.

 

Still haven't moved. I will probably get in the water soon.

 

Can't leave Olde Mecklenburg Brewery without drinking a Hornets Nest hefeweizen. Delicious.

I saw the original Kansas in the late 70's. Yes, I should be dead already.

 

That's an excellent brewery right there.

 

Another fine offering from the local Modist Brewing Co. It's their Alien Angel. A 7.2% NEIPA with lots of fruit and a touch of dank hops.

 

It's Hump Day! Time for a beer. One of my local bottle shops just stocked up for the 4th weekend with fresh Tucker Brewing Helles. I was obliged to grab some for the weekend! Taking next week off and looking forward to some great beers. Cheers!

 

Petal and I need a walk before I start on dinner. Beautiful day, but humidity awful…took a Trop with me for hydration purposes.

Never fails when I’m walking her someone says “Aww how old is he?” I’m like “SHE has a pink collar and I’m holding a pink leash not to mention she’s got nipples ma’am. But 6.”

Drinking a KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge right now. Really nice, strong cocoa, slight maple, espresso coffee, dark and desserty. Cheers all!

 

Post dive beer, Maui Brewing's Pueo PA.

We dove Molokini Crater first dive, really nice visibility, tons of fish, nothing spectacular, but a great dive none less.

Second dive was off shore on Maui. Saw a Whitetip Reef Shark and a Flying Gunaird

 

This is still one of my favorite local beers. Arches Brewing Mexican Empire.

450 North Sea Serpent Cup Slushy (banana, orange, pineapple overly-fruited Berliner). Bright orange, creamy banana, and sweet pineapple. Really tasty.
