So not hot and sunny enough to get a little color into my skin. So a beer and a cigar and some music as I bake a tad:


Sun doesn't hit our porch too long (usually a good thing in summer), so some soccer may be viewed eventually. Just a quiet day.

 

Chips, queso and some Telluride pale ale. It all tastes better at 9000ft.

It is an wet and unseasonably cold Saturday on Eastern Long Island (NY) and we are sitting down waiting for the Denmark-Czech Republic game in Baku, Azerbaijan, enjoying this Mango Lassi from Walking Mountains Brewery & Pub in Bozeman, Montana.

86th birthday party for my mother/4th of July family get together today. Wanted to get a beer for the masses today, this was the recommendation from my beer guy. Since I haven't had it yet, thought I'd better give it a try. Good choice. Founders All Day Vacay Session Wheat Ale.

On the way up to my buddy’s lake house in Michigan for the 4th. Has to stop at Wax Wings Brewing in Kalamazoo. Making some of the best beer in the state and probably the Midwest.
Left to Right:
Double Boar double mashed porter with coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla, and toasted coconut
Condor Valley Brunch Smoothie Berliner with blueberry, tangerine, waffles, maple, and vanilla
Triple Nnnazareth TIPA
All are crazy good but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be the porter. Rich chocolate, roasty coffee, and rich coconut. If you’re ever in the Kalamazoo area, I’d highly recommend this spot.

 

When my beer and glass match I'm usually kinda happy. When the beer and the glass are both from Lawson's Finest Liquids, I'm real F'ing happy! Thank you @Roguer, it's as amazing as y'all know it is.
