Thanx! Actually it has shredded squash, not beets. Also great with baked/fried crispy tofu chunklings. My fave tofu has gotta be pan fried with spicy black bean sauce. #1 super awesome beer buddy. Cheers!

That one was great IMO after sitting for a couple of years. The lone exception of my personal rules of not aging Founders. As always, your mileage may vary.
