Next, Sometimes I Sitt And Drink, And Sometimes I Just Sit, a DIPA. Way too hot for 9.2%, but fuck it.

    Greetings all!

Yes a West Coast IPA, probably not the best there is but at least one that’s widely available and cheap:

Now at Syltan, a place I haven't been to. Having a Stinsens Suveräna, a pilsner by Hönsinge.

Déliria… haven’t seen that one yet, despite I always seek out anything from Brasserie Huygues.

Drinking one of the two best NEIPAs Chicago has to offer as well, I see. Go Bucks!

Found out we just missed @VABA at Wheatland Spring last week. Didn’t ask him if he tried this one that I liked so much, yet, so I guess I’m sorta doing it here.

I did like the draft a slight bit more than the bottle we had on premises back-to-back. Now going against memory, I’d repeat that statement, and that Westerly is a very enjoyable beverage.

Thanks to @colby600 I get to sit back with this . . .

    Tree House Wanderer Helles Lager

Light clear golden color with pure white cap and lacing.

Aroma of fresh yeast rolls seasoned with flowery hops.

Taste of sweet malt and fresh bread like a well made French baguette. Flavor is consistent from entry to a very dry finish with a slight tingly touch of Noble hops in the aftertaste. Subtle yet sophisticated in an uncomplicated way. Very easy to drink and at 5.0 % you can have more than one at a sitting.

Medium full texture with balancing carbonation.

Outstanding example of a Helles Lager that I can recommend to just about everyone irrespective of their level of beer knowledge. Crisp, clean and a delight to drink

Just went to the fridge to grab a new beer to review in the New Beer Weekend thread and realized I only have one new beer with me here in NH. I'll save that for later. For now, I'll crack open a bottle of Settle Down from Suarez Family Brewing. This is never the wrong decision.

I did try it, and really enjoyed. I did not try it on draft as I wanted to try the Pale Ale. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of their beers and selection, I say this because they are not a hazy IPA machine, yes they had Hope Grows but it was a different take on the current craze so that was refreshing. I am also very happy they are not that far away, so I am sure we will be back. Enjoy that great beer! Cheers!

I was mildly impressed. The GF had an IPA, and I had what I assume was one of their annual releases using [almost?] all their own ingredients and some local honey. It was pretty good, but not as good as Westerly. And I also can totally see trying to stop by Wheatland any time we make a trip out to Adroit Theory.
