Bottled 4-22-21. Poured at 58°. Overcast and low 60s now, a good time to do some cleaning in the RV. Thereafter I may go to Kanawha City and return one of the TV cable boxes that doesn’t work…otherwise another lazy day on tap. Cheers y’all and have a fab Friday!

Tree House Trail Pilsner

Shimmering clear golden color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of yeasty French bread crust seasoned with Noble Hops.

Taste is clean, crisp and beautifully balanced. On entry this is classic Pilsner with all the right moves. Beer presents with sweet malt and just the right amount of hops to balance. I get simple flavors of malt, cracker, bread crumb and floral hops that weave together forming a complexity greater than the sum of parts.

A bit fuller than medium texture with balancing carbonation

Not a blockbuster overly flavored brew, rather a delightful accompaniment to any dish that I would prepare.

I am home, after I attended yesterday's Milwaukee Bucks 2021 NBA championship parade! It was an amazing experience!

 

Morning running around town chores done…home now having my lunch beer on the glider - SA’s “Wicked Hazy” IPA:



It’s 82° in the shade, but 46% humidity and an intermittent breeze make for a comfortable sit on the side porch…I may start my Friday happy hour a bit early and enjoy this nice day outside. Cheers from the Kanawha Valley, WV!

I've seen you pour many beers from the three Richmond Breweries, look forward to hitting Richmond once car rental prices become more reasonable, been also waiting for Churchkey to hopefully reopen in DC. I'll PM you if headed your way. Hope the Red Stripe turned out as good as @LarryV 's musical accompaniment.
