Yep, 12oz can will look like that in 2022. And everything will get a badass refresh next year as well.

You'd fill out a Google form for how much of each release you wanted and then pay / pickup in a different spot inside at the brewery.

Can art on Shop Talk is top tier as well, plus its a WCIPA.

Not sure if anyone connected these dots, but the artist formerly known as Lynott's has evolved into Dark Mode

You could get the poster and put it in your kid's room above the nightlight.

Stopped by the brewpub to pick my VSOJ, and was able to try some of the special Taps. XOJ was fantastic and supermassive was delish as well.

Strawberry though, glad I passed on that one. for $40 I'd rather have 12 Naturdays and $32 leftover.

It was a fine beer, but IMO a waste of Straight Jacket, and a waste of strawberry.

Agreed, getting rid of the online component would be a huge disappointment and an unnecessary step backwards in the logistical evolution, after I just got done singing the praises of Rev’s forward thinking approach. Some of us live with immunocompromised people, where lining up would be legitimately dangerous for us and our family, beyond the huge waste of time and energy that having a line creates. From the reports on here and elsewhere about the packed house at the taproom it didn’t seem like the taproom attendance suffered at the last release where there were no lines, so it doesn’t seem like lines are needed to create foot traffic for the taproom.

If the goal is to make sure Rev beer gets in locals hands, it would make more sense to limit or eliminate proxies than to force a line.

I hope @BeerCruncher will consider and relay the message so everyone can still have access to these fantastic offerings and not just a portion of the fan base. It was never the hype that drew us to Rev, but the quality of the product!

Anymore I genuinely struggle to think of a single positive to returning to lines....outside of people's desire to drink/litter to excess I can't come up with anything.

Just finished a can of Supermassive. This has got to be be one of the best BA coffee stouts I've had in my life. What a treat.

Also, I love the new VSOJ/DW glass. Particularly how it tapers very slightly so you can really get your face in there. It's also versatile and good for drinkin' brown liquor too.

They have done a tremendous turnaround. One can only hope Pipeworks makes a similar commitment to excellence if they decide to continue with their BA program.

Id say the fact that they closed it down to restart shows a pretty high commitment to excellence ahead. Agreed though, I'd love to have those pipeworks BA beers around again.

Just a heads up, Supermassive is officially out in the wild. Found some at Binny’s this afternoon.

YEP - seen it appearing all week at many places, but that $45.99 Binny's 4pk price is painful (+15% over Brewery). :grimacing:

BUT it's worth the extra $$ if you couldn't get to the brewery - it is fantastic right now, and I don't see it getting better if you like coffee. If you don't want so much coffee, you could sit on it for awhile, or just don't buy it.

AND it's still a great value at under $1/oz relative to other BA beers. :sunglasses:

    CHEERS!

PSA to any fellow WI peeps in this thread: Supermassive is here too. Picked it up tonight at Oak Creek Woodman's and saw Ray's in Tosa had it, so pop into your regular place this weekend if you're looking.

I know I'm not breaking news here or anything, but VSOJ really is just so good.
