Tree House Dreamer Hefeweizen

Slightly hazy medium yellow color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of malt, banana, clove and lightly scented floral hops.

Tastes richly malty with clove seasoned banana. Refreshingly tart without being overly so. Pretty full flavor for a Hefe.

Medium full texture with balancing carbonation.

Very good example of a home grown Hefeweizen.

Did a ton of stuff today, dump runs, lawn work and carried a dresser downstairs by myself. Seemed like a good idea until I got the thing to the turn in the stairwell. Good coaching from the Mrs helped, “ you should have got help”, “your not a kid anymore “. “ I can’t believe you are doing that alone”

I did it, no damage to anything except I torqued a knee. Don’t tell her.

Cerebral's Shadow Council, a black IPA. It's got a funky smooth taste that I find appealing, but it's a less hoppy IPA. #noregrets

I'm having another Dale's Pale Ale, since it's really hitting the spot, much like the Alesmith beer I reviewed on NBW; been a good beer day so far. Listening to Supertramp on vinyl whilst the Olympics play with CC on

 

This is my first Octoberfest-style beer of the year, and it is from a brewery located in Milwaukee, WI. Where a few local sports teams are excelling at playing sports.

 

Love Cerebral! The mrs. and I visited Cerebral on a Denver trip a few years ago. On a related note...we ended up stumbling in to the PS Lounge after Cerebral closed for the day. The PS Lounge is a hell of a divebar...loved that place! Dude brought my wife a rose and she was like "WTF"...ha ha

I grew up a Reds fan so I was cheering for them. The boy was in his Cardinals jersey. At least I raised him a Buckeye fan. It was a good game and a great trip to Cincinnati!

 

I'm a little embarrassed it's taken me this long to try Creature Comforts Cosmik Debris. It was a seasonal, now it's a core beer. This is a well crafted DIPA. Nice harmony between the hops varieties. Good balance with bitterness.
This is one heck of a solid DIPA.
