    Fine amber body: little carbonation yet has a persistent, small head. Earthy, woody scent. Bold flavor, malty and bitter; spicy and herbal. Medium mouthfeel; mild coarseness with a predominantly dry feel.

    One of the finest SMaSH beers I've had. Well crafted and delicious.

    [​IMG] [​IMG] The Barrel and Beam was obtained on my trip and is one of the funkiest beers I’ve ever tasted. The Westbrook was obtained through my friend Mark @Mbgreg . Both are excellent and fine end to my vacation. Back to work tomorrow. Can’t say I’m looking forward to it. Cheers.

    This doesn't really taste like the big bottle served at the restaurant Smoother and sweeter. This is bitter and drier. More adjunct grain taste. It's okay. Lone Star is smoother.
