    Daisy Cutter Pale Ale from Half Acre. I am amazed at the size of the boot print in my bike rack from this ale. WOW! is it good. So soft and not over the top...a little bit fruity...but aren't we all?:laughing: Skol!!

    I remember having my second Duvel on a train somewhere near Karlsrue heading up towards Denmark. I was in a train compartment with a nice new friend from San Francisco. I believe that is a perfect moment in time and memory. She wrote a very famous book.

    Clear, dark brown body; nice, bold carbonation; thick and creamy bone white head. Smell of lightly roasted grain with a touch of roasted nuts. Nice, clean taste; light roasted grain flavor with a mild sweetness to balanced things; mild to moderate bitterness. Medium body; smooth and silky on the palate; light residual sugar feel; slight dryness at the finish.

    This is a rock solid brown ale, mildly sweet with a fine roasted grain personae.

    Poured at 61 °F; no canning info seen on the can.

    Pale gold body; plenty of classic carbonation; one-finger thick head, dense and creamy. Nice, soft, cereal grain scent; light sweetness on the nose. Very mild malt backbone with a mild to moderate hop bitterness; clean tasting. Light body; soft and dry on the palate.

    This is a fine example of a German pilsner. No frills yet very satisfying.

    Served at 51 °F; no canning data noted on the can.

    Happy Hump Day all! Working for the weekend. If you all haven't figured it out yet, I'm partial to German style beers. Hitting my stash this Weds. This was a limited 4th of July pint can from Tucker Brewing. All I had to do was drop by the brewery and have a pint and I got a 4 pack. Can't beat that! I hope no one is melting. It going to hit 97°F here in N. GA by the end of the week. Love it. Doesn't bother me a bit. I was one of those Southerners who grew up without central heat & air. That's a luxury. Lol! Cheers all!
