    Good morning guys !
    Quick ride home after two Court hearings and before heading back to the office until evening ...
    I try to raise my spirits with this:
    Sierra Nevada - DANKFUL IPA - Ipa (7,4%)

    It seems superfluous to add more to this beer...
    I will limit myself to saying that I did not remember the malty part so incisively... I remembered more evident woody and herbaceous (even citrus) scents.
    Instead everything is played, in my opinion, on the "amiability" of the entry of the beer (caramel, notes of honey, cereals) and the final dryness that does not lead to a decided bitterness.
    However, considering the noble purpose with which this beer was conceived, when I have the opportunity to take it, I do.

    Happy Friday BA's, we made it! Fours hours of OT complete (contract items shipped), laundry on the line, backyard mowed, firepit and half the 16'x34' patio pressure cleaned. Stone Liquid Poem.....wife's enjoying a Gaffel kolsch whilst making cheesesteaks....:wink:

    New to me Classic American Pilsner, more bitter and dry than a typical Pilsner, but this is brewed to CAP style. Full review here, long story short I really liked it, hops strong, bitter, very pleasant, typical bread cracker taste profile, corn adds a nice touch. Highly recommend.

    I don't ever drink a beer this early but today I have a reason to celebrate. After over a month in a half I was offered a job at a local insurance agency. I cannot wait to start my new adventure in 2 weeks. Thank you to the fellow BA's that wished me luck in the new job search. I raise one to my newest challenge. Cheers BA!

    Good morning, all! This is Champagne Velvet, "The Beer With the Million Dollar Flavor." From Upland Brewing, Bloomington, Indiana. It ranks as the #4 AAL on BA, and it's no surprise. Crystal clear, great head retention and carbonation, malty, slightly fruity and floral, excellent bitterness. Carpe diem!

    Cornet Oaked Alcohol-free. Sounds like it doen't make sense.
    I did not expect much of this, just curious. But turns out rather tasty. Great alternative and way better compared to AF pilsners we have here (NW Europe).

    I hope to have a real (oak aged) beer later tonight :slight_smile:
