The Bruery (2021)

I found the 2017 to age extremely well while the 19 had that green pepper note in some of my aged bottles. Hoping this years does ok with some time!

That being said… so over peanut and banana beers. Must be a huge supply surplus somewhere.

 

I feel like certain adjuncts will come into favor and they'll rely on them heavily for awhile... Some return again a year or two later and some are one-off.

There's been a lot of dulce de leche lately (which I've enjoyed). Cinnamon is one that tends to come in and out of use a lot. And with MW coming I bet there's at least three other coffee beers within a three month window.

 

I have liked some BBL releases while some were total whiffs to me. I read this without seeing the "Terreux" part of it and was pretty excited, now I'm pretty much just willing to try a taster. However, I've been surprised in the past and this might be great.

After looking at August’s email, my worst fears have been confirmed…

The Bruery hates our wallets… and our livers… and will stop at nothing to annihilate both of them… and I love every bit of this!

Not sure I’ll pop open all of these until October, but I think some records may be broken for me next month!

 

I was just thinking how it’ll be one of the lightest months ever for me. Sick of peanuts and sick of cinnamon. Interested in the honey ale and CR, but passing on the rest. *ends old man noises*

 

Have you considered dyeing the cat a different color?

I've considered shaving him but I have a feeling he wouldn't enjoy that very much.
