    You’re preaching to the choir dude. I can’t stand the rest of the day as well. I’m usually up by 6am these days whereas there was a time it was my bedtime.

    I just love getting up early (as long as sleep was sound and restful…) and going to the supermarkets by 8:30am waiting in line for them to open with all those old fuggs looking to bug the cashiers.

    I should maybe become a birder at this point.

    Back home with a Second Fiddle and swiffering the tile floors. Had a fantastic lunch/trade/banterfest with @DoctorZombies at the Ocala Hooters. My heartfelt thanks to Doc for delivering beer from @GreenBayBA, @GrumpyGas and DZ! Micah, Kevin and Dave, your generosity is amazing. It will be with a lump in my throat when I enjoy one of the Prior Engagement tipa's you sent from @screamfest with @LarryV's Cheers in Heaven playing. Latest beer haul pics later when Postimage works again...

    I was going to stay in the house and continue reading my Frank Waters' book, but Mrs. BeerGoot was in a vacuuming craze, so I find myself holed up in the 'Fortress of Solitude' with my Linux laptop, Richard Thompson CDs, two stogies, watching the rain roll in...and it's 'Lunch' time...

    Thanks to @beergoot for the start. I too have been awake and up at 4:30 am during the past few weeks. Injury and age have induced a transition an exercise transition from soccer and lacrosse to cycling. I’m working myself up to long bikepacking trip, something like a piece of the Tour Divide. If anyone has experience there please let me know.
    I waited until full light (6:15 am) to start my morning ride so my AM beer was later.
    This afternoon brew is superb! Chronic Myopia from Threes. -pine and pineapple, cheers!

    I just finished cutting this yard for probably the last time
    I’m chilling with Henri and this totally awesome Schell’s Sangria Lager courtesy of @Chaz lt has a nice tropical fruit/ berry taste, I’m trying hard no to gulp it down fast

    100% right on, my friend. Took me 40+ years on the planet to wise up and learn to run that play. It almost always leads to a good day, even if I'm dog tired by the end of it. :slight_smile:

    Fridge cleaning doesn't feel like work when it's time to clear out the legends :wink::grin::
