My wife got me a 3 month delivery of beers from a company called www.craftbeerbox.com. I got my first shipment from them early July. Should have received my second shipment the beginning of August but have not received anything as I type. My wife has tried emailing them, calling them multiple times, with no luck. Does anyone here have experience with this company? I'm hoping she didn't get taken by them? Thanks for any help.
Not answering email or the phone (their only apparent contact details apart from a web page form) is not a promising sign. Their site shows social media icons but it does not appear they have any social media accounts. Good to see you at least received your first month & hope the 2nd is just slightly delayed. All I can say is good luck OP.
We have called and emailed, but no response back. If it goes on much longer may consider some type of internet fraud claim.
Well, finally last week my second shipment from them arrived. Hoping the third, and last one, gets to me before 2022?
